The ED Quality Solutions website (our “Website”) is operated by ED Quality Solutions, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“EDQ” or “we” or “our”). EDQ wants to make your online experience pleasant, convenient and safe. Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information we collect about you and how we use this information.

What Kind of Information Does EDQ Collect?

Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a positive experience while you use our Website, to provide you with access to our services, to respond to your inquiries, and to hear your comments.

We also collect and maintain Training Information such as the answers you provide to questions that are part of the online training that you choose to purchase and complete on the Website and the length of time you spend in a training module.

If you pay by credit card, debit card or check, EDQ does not maintain this account information, as it is provided to a third party vendor. EDQ utilizes Square, Inc., a third party company to handle credit card and bank account transactions. EDQ is not responsible for such transactions. No sensitive payment information (e.g. credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.) is sent to or maintained on our servers.  Therefore, the burden of PCI Compliance rests solely on Square, Inc.

 

How Does EDQ Use My Information?

When we collect information from you, such information may be used for one or more of the following reasons:

  • process and complete your profile and any Website transactions
  • identify your product/service preferences so that we can notify you of new or additional products/services (offered by us or third parties) that might be of interest to you*

Does EDQ Share My Information With Third Parties?

We will share certain Personal Information and Browsing Information we collect about you with third parties who perform services for us or with whom we contract for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
