What Kind of Information Does EDQ Collect?
Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a positive experience while you use our Website, to provide you with access to our services, to respond to your inquiries, and to hear your comments.
EDQ may collect both Personal Information and information about your use of the Website (“Browsing Information”).
“Personal Information” is information about an identifiable individual as more particularly defined by privacy legislation. Personal Information includes information such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
Browsing Information includes information such as: 1) technical information, including the date and time you access EDQ, your Internet protocol address, device type, internet browser name, and web browsing history; and 2) service usage information, such as records and history about transactions and preferences, and the demographic and geographic information, and other feedback you supply to us.
When you register or create an online account/profile with us, contact customer service, participate in our surveys, or send us testimonials, feedback or submissions, you are providing us with your Personal Information.
We also collect and maintain Training Information such as the answers you provide to questions that are part of the online training that you choose to purchase and complete on the Website and the length of time you spend in a training module.
If you pay by credit card, debit card or check, EDQ does not maintain this account information, as it is provided to a third party vendor. EDQ utilizes Square, Inc., a third party company to handle credit card and bank account transactions. EDQ is not responsible for such transactions. No sensitive payment information (e.g. credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.) is sent to or maintained on our servers. Therefore, the burden of PCI Compliance rests solely on Square, Inc.

If EDQ, or substantially all of our assets, are sold, or EDQ reorganizes or merges into another company, then customer information, including Personal Information, will likely be one of the transferred assets.
On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and as necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. Or we may need to do so to protect our customer’s rights.
